Customer Reviews
I had never had my blood drawn before and was very nervous. When I got called back and told my technician this was my first time, she immediately helped me relax and gave me some tips. Another technician walked by and heard it was my first time, and she sat down right away and talked to me during the blood draw to help get my mind off of it. The process was so easy and quick, and I really appreciate the kindness of the two workers. Will definitely be back again if I need future tests!!
Great experience. Mobile check in was perfect, make sure you do that in the parking lot because cell signal is not good in the building. Waited maybe 2 minutes. Meghan had a great table side manner, very friendly and was super helpful by catching a test that needed fasting (I had not) and saved me a repeat trip and frustration. Friendly efficient place. Cheers.
This was the best experience I've ever had at quest. The text message check-in worked perfect and I was seen quickly at my appointment time. The tech was extremely friendly and professional and did a perfect job with the draw and ensuring my information was correct on the labels etc and had me out of there quickly. Perfect experience! I can't remember the tech's name but she was really great!
When I arrived for my appointment I checked in at the kiosk and waited to be called. One of the very friendly phlebotomists called me back and I went to the room and was greeted by Brandi/y(?). She was so nice and incredibly fast and super efficient! Her thoroughness was incredible like she could do this in her sleep! I am a notoriously hard stick and most people have to call someone over to double check my veins or try my other arm, but not her! I didn't even know she had inserted the needle and then I was done! Experts!
Waited one hour past my appointment time for simple bloodwork. Four others left and two meals were delivered. I dont mind waiting an hour if I dont have to pay the copay. I pay you for a service but I dont get anything for giving my time. The two women calling patients back need to work on their communication skills w the elderly too.
