A one hour wait much less than I expected. Nurse practitioner Rose was excellent explaining everything in detail and very patient.she gave me an Albuterol treatment and 2 shots to get me feeling better soon. She didn’t just prescribe meds and send me on my way. This is the way healthcare should be administered ! I highly recommend this office.

Despite Friday being the height of flu season and a full waiting room, both receptionists were courteous and kind to every person who entered. Even more impressive was the Doctor herself. She was knowledgable, caring, and very thorough in her examination. She was pleasant yet very professional. I highly recommend this walk in clinic!

Everyone was welcoming and nice. It is appreciated when you are not feeling well to be greeted with a smile and patience. The front desk gal was very helpful and the nurse adorable. As a visitor to Crystal River, all were very welcoming. The care I received was better than expected.

I was immediately checked in upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The medical assistant who took vitals and asked my medical history was very friendly, professional and thorough. I was extremely pleased with the nurse practitioner! She was very concerned about my issues. She explained in detail her diagnosis; why she was prescribing the meds she did; and waited for me to ask questions. Very very pleased with this clinic!

Walk ins are welcome. After registering is quick and waiting time is minimal. I also want to applaud PA-Mary & Susan for their knowledge and professionalism. Mary performed surgery on my leg which is already feeling better. Susan wrapped my incision area and gave me an injection, painless! Highly recommend Quick Care Med for anyone needing medical assistance.
