Quiet Oaks Nursing Home

If there were a way to give more than a 5 star rating our family certainly would! My mom was there with this beautiful, loving staff, who became our family for 14 months as a resident. The staff stood by our side, cried with us & loved us through my moms death. My mom was loved & cared for so well. If you are fortunate enough to be able to get a place their for your parent you will be blessed along with your loved one. Phone call updates were always made if a medication needed changing, anything happened we were notified. I never wondered if my mom was being cared for! Phone calls were always returned if I had a question. This is huge blessing!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Quiet Oaks family. My mom loved you all & we certainly always will! My mom was well cared for in this facility. The staff really seem to care for their residents. They went above and beyond expectations!

Staff not doing their job, keeping my mom so doped up so they don’t have to deal with her instead of addressing her health issues that are causing the problems, they should be ashamed of themselves!

Facility is kept well, has clean odor & appearance. Patients are cared for at whatever degree is necessary at moment. Quality service in trying circumstances
