Three days before my wife was scheduled to have a major surgery, I woke up with an ear infection, that I've had before in previous years. In past experiences with urgent care in the midwest, I had always been prescribed antibiotic ear drops. After being examined by the NP, she informed me that she would be prescribing an antibiotic to be taken orally. When I questioned about no ear drops, she said that my ear was too swollen for the drops to be beneficial. After 6 days of 7 in taking the prescribed 875mg Amoxicillin tablets (large enough to choke a horse) with no change in symptoms, I chose to go to a different urgent care in Surprise Az. where I learned that the oral antibiotic is to be used for an inner ear infection, which I did not have. Shout to all there who work so hard at keeping up with the incoming Patients and treating myself and I noticed others with kindness and exceptional care. Pointing out Amy who walked me to the room and NP Angela. Two very Special People. I don’t know the Woman’s name at the Check in window but she was also kind and speedy.

I wouldn't reccomend anyone to go there...I shall never refer anyone. I was totally disrespected, have never been treated by a medical professional in such a manner .I walked out without receiving any care, after extreme disparaging remarks made!!!!
