Firstly, Dr Rizvi is a great doctor! He's got a calming energy and he really knows his craft. His front desk staff and nurses are also very patient, calm, and humourous. They get a 5star review from me! However, the problem lies with the office's outdated measures and digital systems that make appointments take way longer than the competition. All the way from questions asked to build your profile and the system used to input answers, to the weigh scale, the blood pressure reader, and the paperwork for ordering labs. Everything is so outdated they should be outmoded and replaced with more current, if not most current, technology and procedures. Please dont go to this doctor. The service here is terrible. I went 1 for my first appointment and doctor verbally increased the dose. Never put in any refills or anything for any of my medications. Also, gave me blood work which i was not able to get it done bc it requires me to do fasting. And due to the increased dose every morning i get low blood sugar, which i also let the front desk lady know. I called few days after and told them that i am running out of the medication to the front desk. They said its my fault that i didnt get my blood work done and they will not be able to refill it. The lady lady hangup my call as I was telling her that i need the medication. I called again she picked up and realized it was me she hangup the call again. Very disgusting service they provide. The only reason this place gets a 2 is because I do like Dr.Rizvi, he is very nice and it's a shame his front desk staff will push his patients away. This Place is a train wreck every time I come for my visits. Today was my final straw, my appointment was 11:30am (to which I arrived a few minutes early for) & I didn't see the doctor until after 1:30pm. That is so UNPROFESSIONAL & INCONSIDERATE to make someone wait for over two hours PAST their appointment time. This happens almost every visit, but this was probably the longest I've had to wait to be seen.

Dr. Rizvi and his team were very nice and welcoming! As a new patient, I wasn’t expecting to be seen the same day I called but the receptionist got me scheduled right away and was so fun to talk to! I felt like we knew each other for years. The intern sat down with me and we had a very thorough discussion about my medical background. She was so understanding and patiently listened to all my concerns. Dr. Rizvi was super polite and took his time examining me. He addressed everything we talked about and made sure I understood everything he asked of me. This is probably the only Drs office I’ll be looking forward to visiting in the future. Highly recommend, 10/10!
