Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor & her office. I arrived 7 mins early for my 2pm appointment on Friday, 1/23. I filled out the info with a lovely secretary, Darlene. at 2:05 I sat & waited in the waiting room when a person came out & called me in to weigh me etc. At 2:10 a woman came into the room & said that the dr won't see me today because I was late for the appointment. I was stunned. I explained that my husband had driven me for an hour in a rain storm to get to the office. I told her I was on time & she insisted the appt. was cancelled. When I asked to speak with the dr or a supervisor I was told the office mgr. was not in on Fridays. The surly woman came back to the room at 2:20 & handed me a piece of paper stating that I was rescheduled for March 17th.
