Worst call center ever. I called as early as possible on Friday and spoke with Tiffany at Samaritan, my appointment was for the following Monday, she said that appointment time has been set for 20 minutes and would not work because now I am requiring a hospital followup after my 7 day admission to Riverbend hospital. She assured me she would contact back office and get back to me. I assumed she meant she would get back before close of day, since my appointment was on Monday, 8:25 check in. I did not hear or receive any communication on Friday On the weekend I received a text saying to confirm the Monday appointment, which I did. I called the office at 7:09 to confirm I was seeing Dr Rachel at the Corvallis location. ( I was unaware she is only seeing patients in Corvallis, not Albany) Ove
I have loved my experience with Dr Elsasser. I feel like she listens, cares and does not judge. I am very thankful for Dr. Elsasser.
