Rachel Kahan, OD

I’ve Ben going to Dr Kahan since I was a teenager, she is a great doctor. I’ve never had an issue with glasses you can call on any random day and she’ll let you come in for an appointment we’ll except for fry and Saturday because she’s Jewish. She’s my favorite, it’s always a great greeting and a wonderful environment to walk into and feel comfortable while getting your eyes examined. He mom and daughter are so sweet, they’re also always in the office helping out.

I’ve been going to Dr Kahan since I was a kid, and now take my children for eye exams and glasses. There’s a large selection from low to high end, and you can return for adjustments as many times as you need. The office staff is patient and the Dr is patient and knowledgeable. I’ve tried other options over the years, such as big box stores, but no one can compare to Dr Kahan in value and service.

So happy someone recommended me to Dr. Kahan. She was patient, very knowledgeable and super nice. She finally got me back into lenses after 6 months of going to several doctors who couldn’t figure out the issue. I’m now happily wearing contacts again!

Ordered my glasses a month ago, they told me 2 weeks. I called every few days after the 2 weeks was up and they didn’t even try to find out where my glasses were until 21 days passed because “that’s the standard.” Now no one can tell me where my glasses are or how long until they arrive. I’m in a waiting game that I feel would’ve been avoided if we just tried to locate the order sooner. I work in a computer screen all day it comes with eye problems and the longer I don’t have my glasses the more annoyed I get. After the order arrives I know to never return and am sharing my experience just in case anyone is looking for efficient service they know they won’t find it here. Update: 1 Star to 3 stars.
