The doctors themselves were fine. The billing sucks! First they bill you for $2 and harass you for it. Then when you do owe them real money, you can only pay it in full with visa or mc. There is no option to pay some right now and come back and pay some next week. It’s all or nothing or some their payment arrangement which may not fall into a real person’s budgeting. No real compassion.

I haven’t had a problem with their billing practices (yet). The problem I have is that the radiological reports are grossly incomplete, poorly written, and come across like an afterthought. Had a HIDA scan and my GI physician was frankly pissed off that there was missing analysis and interpretation of the systems being studied, causing unanswered questions to remain. It’s clear that radiology has largely become a “lifestyle” subspecialty within medicine, and seems to attract avoidant personalities that appear to care more about keeping their distance than actually applying themselves and being useful and productive. Oh, well….

The place is huge. If you go in the wrong entrance it’ll take a while to find your way. The staff helped me out get to proper check-in location. The nurses and doctors were very kind.

Great experience! Very quick diagnosis given to me by the Radiologist! Certainly beats waiting 2-7 days for a phone call!

BEWARE: I can’t agree more with every review, the Better Business Bureau’s dozens of complaints - this place is a Complete and utter disaster. Their billing practices are EXACTLY as described. One day, out of the blue, you begin to get text messages and bills from RAoA telling you that you owe money … except you’ve never stepped foot in the office and all of their communication looks EXACTLY like SPAM. They can’t tell you the service that was provided, not a location address … and then you begin to get collections calls. You at the time have no idea that your Dr did indeed send over charts to be reviewed so as a result, this all happens without you knowing and MONTHS after the event.
