Radiology Associates Imaging Port Orange West - Belvedere Medical Park

I did not have plans to go here today- but my other appointment at Advent called me last minute to let me know it didn’t take my insurance. I stopped by here on my way home to see if they took my insurance and I’m so glad I did! Both ladies working were so sweet and helpful! It was my first time getting a mammogram, and the tech made me feel at ease and explained everything to me. They were able to get me in as a walk in, quickly. 10/10 recommend!

i love that they are quick. the entire process from check in to check out was maybe 8 minutes. results uploaded immediately. staff was efficient and tech was very positive and personable. this is consistent as i go here all the time.

I love this location but most important, I love the people there, Niki Fernandez and Marita. They are both so caring. Niki is the best technician I've ever had. I'm 86 and have had a mammogram every year since I was 40. I never experience pain or discomfort with her technique. I have been following her for several years and always make an appointment with her. When she relocates, I will hunt her down. I could go to a location closer to me but it's always a pleasure to go to Niki. She has a gift! She's very professional, experienced, accommodating, caring, kind and gentle.

The staff were friendly, informative, reassuring, and professional. They helped to make an otherwise uncomfortable procedure as pleasant as possible. Great team!

The radiology tech was so very kind and caring during my tests. She made me feel very comfortable.
