Radiology Associates of Southwest Louisiana

Poor customer service and after a month of making payments on my bill because I can not pay it in full I get another bill in saying I have 20 days to pay it in full. They are still getting their money I’m paying weekly! Why am I being forced to put myself in a financial hole because they are greedy?

Messed up my bill and continue to call me about a bill that was paid.

very poor customer service. unable to leave messages on phone. does not return calls. I'm sure the actual medical staff is better than this but the office staff needs a lot of improvement.
