Radiology - University Hospital

Arrived at 10am. Was taken back for the procedure at 2pm. There were no apologies, no cares given. Contacted patient relations. They didn't send an advocate. They just called I.R. It didn't help. Supposedly they will be dealing with management there.

I'm very disappointed with the unprofessionalism. My granddaughter had an appointment scheduled for 7 months already and I received a call the day before stating that if I didn't confirm that her appointment will be given to someone else. The day the appointment was made was my confirmation. I dont need someone to remind nor reschedule unless I choose to do so. I work in an environment that I cannot be on the phone. So I wasn't able to listen to the voicemail until later. You all need to publish where it state cancelation do to nonconfirmation. This is ridiculous and the person letty needs to look for something more unprofessional. Which would be more suitable for her. They way she was on my voicemail. After seeing all the bad reviews I choose not to even take my granddaughter to this pl

I called asking about a potential appt as a new patient and spoke to Tiffany over the phone. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. I’m sorry I bothered her over the phone with a couple of simple questions. No professionalism whatsoever.

RADIOLOGY DEPT IS IN NEED OF PROFESSIONALS WHO WILL RETURN A CALL BACK AND DONT BLOW THE PATIENT OFF!!! ITS DISGUSTING!! I understand that it can get busy but at least call the patient back when the referral has been approved!!! now a request for an extension has to be done and that is a lengthy process. This is just PLAIN unprofessionalism here and no consideration for the patient. IF YOU GUYS NEED MORE HELP HIRE MORE HELP, GET RIDE OF THE LAZY LIARS AND DON'T GIVE THE PATIENT THE COLD SHOULDER!!!!!!!

Connie, the nurse who gets to decide if you get the medical care that you need reguardless of your doctors ordered tests, is an insinsitive, rude nurse. I am being tested for cancer and although she read my test results attached to my referral she denied my appointment. When someone is going through a hard time like this and is treated poorly by staff who committed to serve others, it’s very disappointing and infuriating. This is the type of medical care you will receive at this facility.
