I came in with 2 pairs of shoes which needed cleaning due to some staining (suede and nubuck leather respectively). After waiting around while Rafaello ignored me for a while, he hastily asked what I needed, and after barely looking at the shoes or my explanation of what I wanted, he said he'd clean both for $125 each. I answered that it didn't make sense due to the price of the shoes and he quickly came down to $125 for both. Already you feel like you are getting cheated on with pricing, zero transparency. We agreed that I'd come back Friday before closing time, but when I showed he said they needed further cleaning and were not ready. I bought my Fox Fur to Rafaello’s with a huge hole and very dry, and he transformed my coat! My coat looks brand new, shiny and smells great! I highly recommend!

Rafaello was amazing! He fixed my fur coat that got damaged in a fire for very cheap & it looks completely brand new. He not only has an amazing selection of coats but he is friendly, does an amazing job & can get creative with what he does if you let him! Would definitely recommend.
