Excellent medical professional - Thomas Batchelor -and staff! I was very impressed with the way he conducted the exam and follow up treatment. The entire experience at the urgent care clinic was great - and we really appreciated being able to be seen on Saturday. In and out within an hour including x-rays and treatment. Thomas Batchelor was very friendly and competent. Five stars!

People go to Urgent Care because something isn't right. The staff here understands that and goes out of their way to be accommodating and helpful with a genuine sense of care. I've been here twice and have had the same experience both times. Pam took her time to listen and together we made a plan that brought me back to 100% again! Her care and delivery of the plan made me confident that I would be better soon, and I was. Thank you ROUC!

Today my mother and I came to Raleigh Ortho, and I just want to share what a wonderful experience we had. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to squeeze my mom in after an appointment issue. Dr. Scott was truly amazing—he took his time and had a thorough, thoughtful conversation with both of us. From start to finish, everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and professional. We are so grateful for the care my mom received and truly appreciated the kindness shown by everyone in the building. It was an outstanding experience.

Visited Urgent Care with ongoing knee pain. Saw Pamela Burleson. She and the rest of the team were great. A couple x-rays later, Pamela administered a cortisone shot and we scheduled future appointments. Already feeling better this morning. Great service by the entire urgent care team. Thank you.

Oh my goodness, what an amazing place. Everyone was so lovely, we got in and out super quick - X-ray was done fast, the doctor answered all our questions very patiently and the staff helped a ton with all the aftercare instructions. Lol we were completely done before I finished filling out the paperwork. So very thankful for the incredible, speedy care we received tonight!!
