Ralphs Pharmacy

I hate this pharmacy. Total incompetence that every level. I hate the line. I hate when I get to the window they haven't asked for my prescription to be refilled even though I called them 4 days ago about it and submitted a refill request online. This is the worst management of a pharmacy I've ever been to I'm switching to Walmart. Rite aid was so much better than you.

My mother and father are on medication continuously, also for my house hold prescriptions, this pharmacy is the best by far, excellent customer service, and they always go the extra mile to fulfill and expedite your needs, I tried different pharmacies and Ralph’s pharmacy on e palomar is the best. They show they care and make you feel like family. My job for 20 years has been to train more than 50 medical transportation professionals in how to treat patients so I know a thing or.two about this subject and I rate them #1 excellent.

The service here has been consistently great. We live near this pharmacy and prefer it to the pharmacy at Rady Children's. Every time we go pick up prescriptions, the service is excellent across many of the pharmacists. They have a tough job and are always busy but service is usually pretty fast. If you are looking for a local pharmacy, this is it.

The regular staff (not pharmacist floaters) at this location is amazing! They always have smiles for their patients and provide good customer service. Although no pharmacy is perfect, you can count on them to try their best to help. Especially in THIS climate- it's so appreciated. Special shout out to Ben (the main pharmacist). He has been my pharmacist for years and I could not be MORE grateful for his kindness and patience. I consider myself lucky because he hashaa been so supportive and is so understanding. He may not have the power to control certain situations, but you can always count on him to listen.

Everything was ready as promised. I was also able to take a vaccine. No waiting. However, service staff uses uncomfortable terms such as. "It should", "Maybe", I miss Rite Aid.
