I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and I wasn’t seen until 11:00 AM. That’s an hour and a half of waiting with absolutely no explanation, no updates, and no sense of professionalism from the staff. What made it worse is that the moment I finally approached the receptionist to ask what was happening, they suddenly decided to call me in right away. It was obvious they had completely forgotten about me, and the lack of attention was unacceptable. If I hadn’t spoken up, who knows how much longer I would have been sitting there. The receptionist’s attitude and overall service were extremely disappointing. This kind of neglect shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. I do not recommend this place at all. If

So happy about my appointment today. The new person I had today was young and I was totally happy with her. I have a few medical issues that are important to me and she was very up to date on me. She knew about the issues and she asked me questions about them. I really felt cared for.

Don’t bother making an appointment because they don’t honor it and won’t care about what else you have going on for the day. Simply state they are running behind. They are always running behind. They take you as you show up no matter what time your appointment is. Usually over an hour late.

Completely incompetent. I wasted a trip yesterday for nothing. Waiting over an hour past my appointment time. The woman answering the phone and running reception is very confused. Yesterday she said my endodontist didn't send x-rays. He did. Today she said he didn't send the referral or description of work but she had the x-rays yesterday. He did that too. They wouldn't have scheduled me if he hadn't. I left work early yesterday and lost money due to their incompetence. And she's still confused. Thankfully I found out this place is a scam before getting work done. If they can't even handle paperwork and simple communication, how can I trust them to work on my tooth. I'll find another dentist who runs a professional office and doesn't try to milk my insurance for every penny they can. Save
