Overall, good experience. If you are looking for warm and fuzzy, this probably isn't the place, but we did cover all my symptoms and Dr. Sandler was thorough.

Support staff was great — respectful and helpful. Unfortunately, the provider took a rigid stance against a standard preventive request and didn’t respond to a follow-up. Disappointing for anyone seeking collaborative, proactive healthcare.

Only giving 1 star because you can’t put 0. She was extremely dismissive and made it feel like symptoms were all in my head. None of the symptoms were discussed . When I got the report from the visit there were tests and diagnoses that were NOT discussed in the visit. Terrible terrible terrible. Would never recommend

Dr. Sandler just goes over labs and does routine lab checks. She does not genuinely care about her patients. I asked for some extra labs to be done and she gave me a big problem about it. She also said she would never do it again. She doesn't seem to be very knowledge about actual thyroid issues either.
