Not sure how they are still in business. If I could give zero stars I would. Never have I dealt with a scheduling office that said they need a doctor to call and schedule an appointment on my behalf…until now. Even when I had documentation of an an approved referral for their services by my care provider and insurance company AND documented proof of a request from my doctor for me to schedule the appointment, this place refused to schedule it until it was my doctor’s office calling to schedule on my behalf. Make it make sense why a doctor’s office would call for an intimate detail of their patient’s schedule just to schedule an appointment on a patient’s behalf that they already approved in writing? Looking at the reviews on here looks like I dodged a massive bullet of raging incompetenc

I received an unexpected bill from RRC for 475.00. I contacted them and updated my insurance information and they filed it within a couple of days. With a company filing a lot of claims daily, there is sure to be a few mistakes now and then. Overall, my experience was very satisfactory. 05/30/25-Update to the above review. Red River Consultants found an overpayment on my account and refunded the money back quite promptly.

I just received a call from a law firm collections agency for a bill from over a year ago. I have paid 4 bills with Red River Consultants this year. I never received a bill, an email, nor a phone call about the 1 year old bill. This is not fair and messes up credit reports for no reason. Their billing department is not doing their job at all, yet I have to suffer and get penalized.

My car was totaled and went through a law suit for 8 months with the insurance company. This could have been paid for if i were notified. I received no calls, no emails, no contact what so ever and a year later i find that I'm in collections through my credit provider. You guys have missed your chance to get paid and now are penalizing me. I have never even heard of your company before today. I had a wonderful attorney by the name Kyle Robinson and he a his team were able to make everyone happy that was involved in My case. I could not see them missing a bill only from this company. I need this resolved immediately. Problem was solved within 2 hours of this business being open after this review was posted. A very respectable lady called and informed me that they had in fact done there job.

I received my bill in April, I have been paying the minimum monthly amount from that first billing but today I received a automated phone call they have reached out to me multiple times to pay my bill or else be sent to collection. Confused because this was the first time I have received a phone call, I called them back immediately but of course the office was closed at 4 and I received my phone call a few minutes before 4. I do not understand how I am paying the minimum amount, $25 which is what is says on their website, but to be called and threatened to be sent to collections. This is horrible customer service. I will be calling back on Monday. But I find it odd that you are allowed to pay ONLINE with the minimum amount stated on THEIR website but to be threatened with collection. Some
