Red Rick pharmacy sent my medication through FedEx and it was delivered to the wrong address. I tried to contact FedEx to report this and I contacted the pharmacy. I received no call back. The company that I used to order the medication from says Red Rock Pharmacy told them they delivered it correct address. I have proof it was delivered to the wrong address. I’m upset that my personal information with my medication was sent to the wrong place and instead of trying to solve this problem, they lie about it.

Red Rock Pharmacy is a great pharmacy that provides medications 24/7 to many long-term care and nursing facility's around town. The staff seem very nice and willing to put forth the effort to help the elderly patients at their facilities. I highly recommend!

Incorrect labeling could have killed my daughter. Apparently, there is no QC protocol?..we shall see if their error will cause any long term issues. My suggestion is to keep/copy the prescription from your doctor and compare it to what you get from this pharmacy!!
