There are a few things the staff and Dr. Gautier can improve on. Whether it’s sending out reminders more than 30 minutes prior to an appointment. Informing a patient of the procedure that’s getting done that day and what you may feel after, because it’s easy to get into our head when things are foreign us and our body.
