I spent 6 months with Dr. Tom working on lower back pain that appeared after having my second child. I had several issues and he was very accommodating, and made adjustments along the way to ensure I would make progress without making my injury worse. When my doctor prescribed physical therapy, I connected with Dr. Tom Woznica. He created a 12-week individualized program for me. For 12 weeks, I had weekly in-person sessions with him. These sessions were one on one individual appointments, lasting about an hour. In addition, Dr. Tom utilized a digital app to create 3 times per week in-home workouts. On each of those days, I would open the app, and have a complete workout on my phone, with short videos to illustrate exactly what I needed to do. In addition to the videos, the app provided a place to record the weights used, number of reps completed, and a comment section.
