I’m so thankful Dr. Kayla Culleny was recommended to me by my physician for help with a back injury. Dr. Culleny’s care was tailored specifically to me and my injury. From day one she met me where I was with ability, strength and endurance. She’s knowledgeable, kind, patient and attentive to detail. Because of her help, I am able to enjoy tasks that were growing increasingly difficult. And it was fun. I enjoyed getting stronger, feeling better and finally finding relief from a nagging problem.

A knee injury 20 years ago has put me in and out of PT for years for various things. I’ve seen just about everyone. Several years ago I decided to try a new clinic to me and Kayla was my PT. Kayla is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had. She has helped me with back/neck issues as well as Achilles Tendonitis, and most recently a hip impingement. I’m excited that she has opened her own clinic and seeing patients 1x1. How lucky are we? Kayla is a great PT and she is kind and compassionate. She thinks outside the box. I’ll always turn to her when I have an issue.

My wife was having an issue with something related to crystals in her inner ear. I’d never heard of anything like that, but Kayla did! My wife was getting nauseous and dizzy due to these crystals, and through various movements and exercises, Kayla was able to take care of it. Kayla is awesome and we would highly recommend seeing her for all your physical therapy needs!

Kayla is definitely one of the best physical therapists in the Savannah area; and the friendliest too! She’s helped me multiple times with my persistent next and shoulder issues providing services from corrections, dry needling and exercises that have made a huge difference!
