Cardiology and valve clinic are awful. I had a procedure being done and tend to get confused and lost. Directed to the wrong floor at first, which isn't a big deal. But the woman where we were sent to was a miserable human being. Smoking behind her desk, snarking us for being lost and looking for help. And smoking in a heart valve office no less... she directed us across the street, but what in the world? In what world do you speak to sick people in such a way?

Spent 4 hours in ER waiting to see a doctor. Google read see a doc immediately if one has internal bleeding. I guess it's a joke. A person can have internal bleeding doesn't bother your health at all!!

Horrible care. I was 3 weeks and never got washed. Nurses need to go back to training. Given too much medicine, and was semicomatose. Family was so distraught. Never going back. Discharged and couldn't walk. And I am a nurse.

Long wait time once admitted. ER staff does not listen to patient needs. Nobody gave patient call button when patient was passing out. Seemed like one nurse was working the entire ER. EXTREMELY DIRTY. Blood splatter was on ground next to patients bed. ER room had pile of needle caps in the corners.

I got charged for an Ambulance Transfer from Reginal to UHS on Saturday August 5th after I had a fall in my house and bruised my head and ribs. Then came in and told me that I was going to be sent to UHS General Hospital in Wilkes Barre to have surgery on Monday September 7 and now I’m told that Medicare won’t cover the cost because of new laws and rules that I wasn’t made aware of when I came in to reginal to the emergency room. I have not been able to speak to anyone about this issue. Can you please help me to resolve this issue?
