Relax Therapy Spa

So glad we discovered Relax Therapy Spa! Gilda and Landis gave us an incredibly relaxing couples massage — we left with relaxed bodies and quiet minds. Gilda’s Balance Body massage made me feel longer, lighter, and almost weightless. She intuitively found and worked through the stress and tension my body was holding. Landis’ deep muscle therapy was the perfect remedy for my husband after days of snow shoveling — exactly the relief he needed. Kind, welcoming, professional, and highly skilled. The entire experience was peaceful and restorative. We will absolutely be back!

TLDR: Gilda is a healer. I've got a pretty messed up body from 20 years of rugby, and the last 2 years with young kids and zero investment in self care. I walked into my massage today feeling absolutely awful. Locked up everywhere. Shoulder and neck pain. Tense. Stressed. And old. Very very old. I've had a lot of therapy massages in my life of all types (I lived in Asia for 27 years) but the session I just had with Gilda was as good as the very best of them. Gilda asked a few questions to understand the primary issues, but really just felt her way around my pain points and treated each part differently, with what it needed. I learned that she has almost 25 years of experience (early congrats for December 1st!) but you can't train the instinct she has for knowing what the body needs.

Gilda is one of the best massage therapists I have worked with. She is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. She's helped me resolve longstanding structural issues in my shoulder and always has a seemingly magical intuition about what my body most needs. I am so grateful for her help and recommend her enthusiastically to all!
