Our appointment was at 9 am but wasn't seen until 9:40 a.m., which is understandable since it was super busy this morning. The staff were friendly towards us, and when we got to the back, the nurse was to the point and quick with her tests. We saw the doctor after the nurse visit, and he was very detailed about the results and told us ways to be better and healthier. Overall, it was a good experience. We have been going to the Brooklyn office and this one is much more modern. Also, there's free wifi :)

If you’re in need of a last minute doctor visit, even on a weekend, because you’re not feeling well but refuse to pay the absurd co-pay for urgent care or the ER, this is the PERFECT alternative. I appreciate their willingness to always take walk-ins. But do call before going so that you can ask them if they’re currently busy; I have avoided waiting in their lobby because they advise me to come during less busy hours. Victoria is by far my favorite to see. She truly cares for her patients health and does an amazing job informing them of what they need to do to recover/maintain their health. 12/3/25 I was here for blood work today and the nurse that was working there DID NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES!! She has short dyed brown hair and a mask a bit older women on and sits in the corner near bathroom. That's completely unacceptable. I saw her typing with the same gloves when I sat down and then she went to go grab the blood drawing supplies and kept the same gloves on and then when I was leaving she returned to typing with the same gloves. I reported this behavior to the staff at the front desk. This is completely disgusting. The doctors here are good and caring. If it was not for them I would not return. UPDATE: Someone from the management team reached out to me and took my request very seriously and let me know that it was completed not right for the nurse to do that. They told me

What can I say ? The nurse was fine not a problem . But just that how the work … was if you want to know your result and they make you come back even you asked if you can do phone review . And the front desk assistant told you the insurance is not included to do phone call result … that’s how they want to make you go back and take the money ….

The medical staff here are excellent—knowledgeable and caring. However, the building itself poses a significant challenge due to poor accessibility. The elevators are frequently out of order, which is a major inconvenience for patients with mobility issues.
