This is a questionable practice. I went in with chest pain(thankfully it was nothing), and the EKG tech looked horrified to perform an EKG because I had chest hair, she wouldn’t even touch me. The doctor came out and asked me to come back once I had shaved. As a nurse, that is NOT how things are supposed to be done. Because god forbid it was actually a heart attack, they’d be delaying care.

I’ve had a great experience with this doctor’s office. The staff is always friendly, professional, and organized. They take the time to answer any questions and make sure you feel comfortable during every visit. Appointments are easy to schedule, and the wait times are minimal. The doctor is knowledgeable, caring, and really listens to your concerns. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for quality care and great service.

I have been a patient for over ten years and have recommended other family members who have since joined the clinic. Dr. Yang and her staff provides timely, efficient and professional services, they take time explaining your health care and personalized my health and well-being.

The front desk staff is very rude, I had to ask multiple times to get lab results sent to me. The staff want you to visit in person to simply get the results; all they want is to bill insurance and collect co-pays. The Doctor Lin Shujin is also mean to patients and does not know proper customer service etiquette, she does not want to listen to patient concerns. She also hung up on me. I do not recommend this office.

Excellent service and professional care! I love Dr. Yang since she’s knowledgeable, attentive, courteous and respectful to patients no matter their age, race or culture. You can walk in to see your doctor. Office is open on weekends and it is very convenient for people who work weekdays. Staff are very helpful and quick. I never spent more than 30 min for visit. I am very grateful to my neighbor who recommended Dr. Yang to me and now, I recommend her to others
