Renown Pharmacy – Pringle

As stated by others, the service is slow....... The representatives were kind and professional, hence the 3-star rating. My script was called in on Friday and then apparently once more on Saturday, but obviously not filled and waiting, hence the delay. Also... 15 minutes is actually 30-45 and it was Super Bowl Sunday! I sat and waited patiently through the first quarter.

Terrible. After spending the night in the hospital, the last thing you want to do after being discharged is to have to wait an hour and a half for two prescriptions that you only take for a week each. When i ask for explanation, the “discharge lounge” staff says there isnt one. Give me a reason or give me my scripts. Do yourself a favor and insist the provider sends your prescriptions to your local pharmacy. I also find it crazy that they didnt id me for a highly controlled substance. I assume this is pretty standard policy for these types of medications. They probably just wanted to shut me up during my emotional breakdown. Here is a good idea! When im discharged by the medical staff that has taken care of me during my stay, have them hand me the prescriptions before i walk out of my roo

Terribly slow, employees clearly aren't fans of having grumpy people to deal with all day. I'm sorry for coming across rude or not understanding of people just trying to do their job but it's not the first time it's been rough. Wait time isn't quick cause it seemed that a manager had to approve everything that one employee brought up. Honestly just trying to be brutally honest after my doc accidentally sent it there and I didn't think it would be a big deal but it was 45minutes from the moment I parked to the time I had a medication in hand.

Walk in service for a vaccine was super fast and easy - pharmacist got to me between a series of customers. I think I waited a total of 10 minutes after filling out paperwork. Can't say the same for CVS or Walgreens. I'm going here from now on!

Kind staff, beautiful spot. Looks like a boutique gift shop! Worth the finagling of the parking garage, and 10x better treatment than any other pharmacy I’ve been to in town. Today, a system was down for verification, and they saved a gentleman from going down a grumpy rabbit hole—he left with a smile. Great service!
