Tonight my waitress here dragged the 3 or 4 in long cloth tails to her bracelet in my sandwich. I asked for another which was ordered. We had not had anyone asked if we needed anything else. I asked to speak to a manager. He took his long time of getting here. Looked very sloppy. Also acted as though my having this bracelet ends dragged through my food was nothing. Lots of chit chat and not much work being systematically done. Whoever owns this store better get in a hurry to shape this place up as it is again going downhill. Look to the manager. He us a sad case of a manager.
