I wanna give a big shout out to Resh Family Dentistry in Hampstead. I've been dealing with teeth issues since I was 13 years old and got my front teeth knocked out on the Baseball Field ( thanks John ) hahaha and it has not all been pleasant or fun. Well today ended my 4th of 4 appointments with Dr. Eric and let me tell you how good this bridge work turned out. Phase 1 had me looking like a backwoods Hillbilly looking for the raccon that stole my corncob pipe...🤣🤣🤣. However the temp bridge crafted by these professionals helped keep me in the game while the other procedures could be done. Several teeth had to be pulled and others prepped in Phase 2, and let me tell you. Ya don't know how much you use your front teeth until they aren't there. My family has been coming to this office for years. Dr. Eric has always been phenomenal, and his previous administrator and hygienist were just as wonderful. Unfortunately, since their departure, the level of care and professionalism has declined significantly. The new staff (specifically the hygienist and desk worker) were extremely rude and dismissive, which has sadly led my family to start looking for a new dental office. They insisted my son was a new patient, even after I explained several times that we’ve been coming here for years. They also tried to rush him back for a cleaning without clearly explaining what was happening. I made it clear that I didn’t want X-rays or fluoride for my son, yet the hygienist attempted to proceed with the cleaning without me present and tried to pre

Been rockin’ with this dental spot for years with my fam 💯. Used to be top-tier vibes, lately it’s felt a little off, but still decent. The squad is chill and professional, and ngl one of the dental assistants is straight-up amazing — total MVP 🦷✨. Giving it a 4/5 cuz I still got love for y’all. Just hoping the glow-up comes back soon 🙌

I had great things to say about this dentist. But Dr Eric encountered some issue during a family members routine procedure and caused months of intense pain. After this mistake or miscommunication - he brushed it off, prescribed no pain medicine, and made no accommodations to see her sooner than a full week later. A patient should not need to follow up to be given acceptable service. This treatment has turned me away from returning here. Which is a shame considering the entire staff is otherwise delightful.

I have horrible debilitating anxiety and have been dreading going to the dentist because of it. I saw Dr Eric Resh and his assistant Emily today and they were beyond amazing. I have never felt more safe and comfortable in an office before. Every staff member I came in contact with was beyond kind and understanding. Cannot recommend them enough!
