I've been seeing Rachel consistently over the past few months for prenatal massage and she has been so awesome! She uses an adjustable pregnancy pillow with a cut out for the belly so I can lay face down, which really helps to focus on my problem areas (mainly my lower back and hips). She creates such a calm and relaxing environment, and I definitely feel revived after each session. I cannot recommend Rachel enough!
