Reynolds Audiology

I love Reynold’s Audiology! Dr. Reynolds is excellent at what she does. It is a very comfortable atmosphere at the office. The staff is always so kind. I like the smaller office, she is always on time, & she is always adjusting my hearing aids to suit my needs. I would highly recommend Reynolds.

This should be your choice for hearing services! I switched to Reynolds Audiology when my former provider stopped offering hearing services 2 years ago. It has been a great experience and I'm very happy I chose Reynolds Audiology. Dr Reynolds and her assistant, Carol, are very knowledgeable, professional, kind and attentive. They did a great job keeping my old hearing aids working. When something when wrong with them, I could easily get in to get them fixed. When my hearing aids finally wore out, Dr Reynolds did a great job explaining the new hearing technology options available and let me try out different options so I could make the best choice for me. After I received my new hearing aids, Dr Reynolds and Carol made sure that they met my expectations and that I understood how to use them

It was so nice to be welcomed when I walked into the clinic by Mary. I was offered water or coffee, which is super nice. The reception area was beautiful clean & cozy. Every person at this clinic was so kind and welcoming and caring. Dr. Reynolds was amazing to help me adjust to a new hearing aid at this clinic. It’s a long story about my hearing aid experience from a different clinic. What a difference. Dr. Reynolds was thorough and efficient and so knowledgeable about what I had going on with my hearing. I am so thankful to have made an appointment at Reynolds hearing. I highly recommend them. You will be totally satisfied and the people that work there are kind and amazing.

My experience with Reynolds Audiology was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in the door I felt like a valued patient. Dr. Reynolds is extremely thorough and great at explaining everything in terms/ways you can understand. You can just tell she truly cares and wanted to do whatever she could so I could hear better. Each staff member I worked with were also extremely friendly, helpful and thorough. Dr. Reynolds has changed my life...I was missing out on so so much and now with the ability to hear, it's a whole new world! I would recommend her and her staff to anyone!! The care I have been receiving at Reynolds Audiology is excellent. My recent visit included a hearing test and adjustments were made to improve my hearing aids. They also reviewed features on my Signia App to further educate me on options to make my life easier and improve my relationship with all the people I interact with. The addition of Dr. Cori is a great enhancement to the care I receive at Reynolds Audiology. I recommend the Team at Reynolds Audiology to anyone who is looking to improve their hearing. Dale J
