My experience with Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in the door, the customer service was outstanding. The ladies at the front desk were compassionate, understanding, and immediately attentive to my mom’s urgent dental needs. Dr. Maniar and her assistant carefully walked my mom through the entire process, showing genuine care, patience, and professionalism every step of the way. We felt supported and well cared for during a stressful situation. I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry to anyone with urgent dental needs or anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy dental team.

Brittany is an excellent Dental Hygienist. She is very attentive to her patients. She made sure that I didn't need anything while I waited for my mouth to numb. She made sure that I didn't feel anything before the dental work began. She also gave me instructions on what to do and not do as far as dental care before returning for next visit. I love the early appointments.

Had my 1st visit yesterday with Dr. McNeal to have a tooth extracted. From the minute I walked through the door Candace and Rachael made me feel welcome and acknowledge me right away. Once I was back in the room my assistant Kassidy was so polite and went over any concerns I had. Dr. McNeal came in and explained everything to me that would be taking place and made sure I felt at ease with my decision. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My visit today at this practice was remarkable. I know you have heard a lot of stories about root canals. Dr McNeal will put those stories to rest. He's good. You have to give a thumbs up 👍 to the front desk. Candace and Rachel Very friendly and most of all knowledgeable. They lean on each other you have a question it will get answered before you leave. Highly recommend.

Dr. Maniar has been wonderful in the last two visits i've been here. I come here yearly to get work done and I absolutely hate the dentist office, and every doctor and staff member has been wonderful! I highly these guys to anyone! I've also been to the office in Burlington, NC as well and they were just as wonderful!
