Receptionist who it appears also does all of the claims is disorganized and doesn't check what your insurance covers before your appointment. I have "preventative only" dental coverage and went in for a checkup and did not need anything besides a cleaning and was still billed. 1. At my appointment copies of my insurance card were made. After my appointment I got text messages from the receptionist about needing to send photos of the card. I didn't have notifications turned on so she just kept texting instead of calling like a normal office would and without an explanation for why I needed to provide my card again. 2. My dental plan allows a series of "comprehensive x-rays" every 5 years, and a set of bite wing x-rays annually. They did "comprehensive x-rays" even though I had them done l

I highly recommend Dr Scott! She is an angel who rescued my 3 tooth which other dentists recommended to be extracted or do root canal. I was in so much pain! Dr Scott not only rescued my tooth but also gave me honest advice without sending me for un necessary procedures. I completely trust her advice and medical opinion.

Moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist. Sent a message via their online form and was promptly contacted to schedule a cleaning new patient appointment. The hygienist was thorough and did a fantastic job. Dentist spent more time with me than most other cleanings I've had and explained things to me clearly. I will be back as a returning patient.

Dr. Rice is the only dentist I would recommend in Bernardsville! She is so nice and helpful! She has removed and replaced multiple fillings that were cracked and filled new cavities. She helped me change my dental habits so now I am cavity free and my smile is brighter!
