Riddle Memorial Hospital

This hospital is full of hate. They lie and are trying to force vaccines on my unborn baby. They smirk and laugh when I told that that a vaccine is not mandatory in Pennsylvania for religious and philosophical reasons. The workers act like a bunch of high school girls gossiping behind your back and in front of your face at the same time. They discriminate on race, culture and ethnicity and don't care. But they are one of the only few hospitals left, they think that they can walk all over people. Update** the doctors and medical staff have no shame or accountability. They will protect bad doctors and band together. I am now going directly to the state for their bully tactics.

Today Sept 26, 2025 arrived at Riddle Hospital ER at 12:30 pm. They took 2 to I bes of blood and then sat out in the waiting room till 9pm. I understand we are the only ER since the closing of Crozer, Taylor a d DCH.

I had my knee replaced at Riddle Memorial hospital. I am a retired OR nurse from a different system and have high expectations. This was my first experience as a patient at Riddle. EVERYTHING from registration to pre operative preparation, anesthesia, PACU to my overnight stay and Physical therapy was STELLAR!!! The hospital is beautiful and very clean. The staff in each department throughout the process were kind, helpful, friendly and professional. I recieved top notch care and couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. I would recommend this hospital and also would return without hesitation!! 5+ stars from me!!

I can not believe it that one of the case worker there and a nurse actually lie and be flipping their words around. No way will I be able to put my trust in these two people that I recently encountered with them. Can no longer believe and put my trust in their honesty and understanding the family concerns towards the safety of a family member who was their patient.

I called from an out of state suicide hotline to transfer a local suicidal patient to get some help. First, I was transferred to a series of voicemails - all saying they were not open except for normal business hours. I called back and was told by the receptionist that she should have sent me to the ER to get transferred to mobile crisis. I got transferred again - to a line that rang for 2 minutes, then auto disconnected. This while I was trying to help an actively suicidal person. DO BETTER!
