Live RimRock Wellness. I had my first ever adjustment and massage today. Everyone was so good. They made sure I was comfortable and walked me through each adjustment to ease my nerves about it. Alba did my massage and I could not recommend her enough. She was fabulous.

The staff and facilities at Rimrock Wellness Center are first rate. My massage therapist, Dawn, was excellent. She is very knowledgeable and understanding, and was able to bring some relief to trouble spots in my neck and shoulders that have bothered me for years. All in all, an excellent experience.

I had thrown my back out pretty badly. I hadn’t thought of a chiropractor but someone suggested I try Rimrock. Greg got me in same day as a walk in. Worked on me for about 10 to 15 minutes and I felt marked improvement. I think I went back two or three more times before I felt completely better. I highly recommend
