My experience with this providers office staff has been disappointing, to say the least. I waited almost a month to get my initial prescription confirmed by their office. My insurance had approved it and the pharmacy was waiting for confirmation from her office. They sent multiple requests with no response. I had to call them multiple times to ask them to respond to the pharmacy's requests. Nothing. A month! Now my prescription needs to refilled and here we go again. I can only guess the office staff doesn't know what they are doing or they just don't care. This is what health care in America has lowered their standards to. Unbelievable.

Had my first consultation today. First of all, I was called to come in early for my appointment and then waited an hour to be seen. Second, the office staff were a little unprofessional. They were nice, but not professional compared to other offices I’ve been to. Next, I have Lynch syndrome. This causes polyps to grow in my colon quicker than normal people. She said she knew about lynch, but then said I could probably go two years in between each colonoscopy. She obviously doesn’t know about Lynch because if she did she would understand the importance of me getting one done every year. Anyways, I ended up not scheduling with her because of these reasons.

Probably the rudest most unprofessional greeting. I was trying to make an appointment its 8:30a and the women (named Karen) got on the phone with an attitude. I could barely understand her because she talking so fast so when I asked if she could repeat herself, she was extremely loud and talking as if I was bothering her. So I said "Ma'am good morning, how are you, because it seems that you are irritated" She again was rude and proceeded to say that the doctor didnt have any available appointments from a month from today. Okay great are you able to look up those dates for me. "Whats your insurance?, Who's the provider and let me check if we take your insurance etc. My husband who is sitting next to me told me to not go to an establishment where you are greeted in such a rude manner, so I g

I consider her one of the best gastroenterology nt Marylamd. Very caring a d thorough with her patients. She's wonderful

Arrived for my appointment as a new patient. Dr. Sachdev was kind, patient and understanding during the appointment. I have ulcerative colitis and rely on remicade to keep me from going into a flare up but I am currently in a flare up. I have tried to contact her twice as she said she would contact to let me know if i could receive treatment at home before my next infusion date. I need to get my infusion by March 9th. That's 6 days away from today. She has not contacted me so now I'm left scrambling to get an appointment before the 7th of March so I can make sure I get my infusion on time. Her phone service staff were unable to help me get in contact with her. I'm left feeling disappointed and upset. 1 star for lack of communication. 1 star for Dr. Sachdev's for being kind and friendly.
