Riverside Peninsula Cancer Institute and Infusion Center Williamsburg

I completely understood the doctors are busy, with patients that may well be more critical than I am. I don't understand why there is zero communication when they're running behind. At least 3 times, I've had appointments, and the doctor was not just tardy, but at least 1 hour behind. There was zero communication from anyone. My last visit, I left after an hour beyond my appointment time, with zero communication from anyone. I was upset, and did not answer the 1 phone call I received from the office. A few days later, I received a review of my visit. I checked the box to leave my name and number, still nothing. Do these people really care about your health or are you just another insurance billing for them?
