The team at Rolling Oaks in Thousand Oaks truly came through. My initial appointment was scheduled for a Calcium Score test, but due to a mix-up with order codes, the test that was submitted differed slightly from the one I was expecting. There was an added cost of a few hundred dollars, which I was willing to pay if necessary. What really stood out to me was how the team handled the situation. They listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to understand what I was saying. Instead of rushing me through, they reached out to my primary care team for clarification. That level of attention to detail made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. So often today, it feels like people are in a hurry to get you in and out, with little regard for the details. 0 star. For 3 weeks tried to make an appointment and 4 different employees said they would call me back. Never received a call back. With 1 phone call I got an appointment at Conejo MRI.
Portal is disappointing. Test results imaging not always posted. Telephone service varies. Messages left for front desk to return call totally ignored.
Several times I come for an sppointment to be told there is missing paperwork. I am going to several other medical offices for treatment with no problem. Seems to be no respect for patients time.
Definite showed lack of respect for patient's time. They did not acknowledge my presence for a while, did not communicate with me later after hours of delay as I waited , nor respond to my questions about it , or consult me when a question or information or preference or decision could have alleviated the problem and been provided to me or by me. Consequently I had to redo a procedure with contrast. Now that I read other reviews and see this behavior wasn't a fluke, I will not go there again despite a new referral from my doctor. I gave them one star because they would probably say they were being conscientious, but ignorant and careless of respectful human behavior and consequently got it wrong.
