I've been to Rooted Touch several times now and I've enjoyed every session. The environment is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Tish does an excellent job and is so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She listens to concerns and is able to find the areas that need attention. I had ACL/meniscus surgery 6 months ago and her background in physical therapy and massage therapy has helped with increased mobility and reduced pain and tightness around my knee, as well as, other areas on my body that needed some work. I wish I would have seen her sooner after surgery! She uses a variety of methods to help loosen and relax tight areas all over the body. I would highly recommend seeing her after surgery, and also just for general tightness and/or relaxation.
