Dr. Menendez always has a very welcoming way about her. She is soft spoken, kind and makes you feel very comfortable. She is thorough in her exams, explains everything in a way that is easy to understand and will answer any questions. She is an excellent physician that I recommend to all my friends.

Dr. Menendez was so pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and provided me with a very thorough examination. She explained in detail her findings and prescribed medication accordingly. The other staff members were so nice and helpful. I highly recommend a true professional like she is and the staff at Riverchase Dermatology.

Dr. Menendez is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and gifted at what she does. She takes the appropriate amount of time rather than rushing, listens and has an actual conversation so I know I’m being heard. I have a considerable amount of skin cancer, and she’s vigilant with me. She’s been really good.

D. Menendez is a wonderful physician. She is focused, knowledgeable and very willing to listen and discuss any issues or concerns that you may have. She is caring and professional. I highly recommend her.

Unfortunately, it was the worst appointment I’ve ever had with a doctor. I had more than one. Problem that I wanted to address. She was very condescending and said I would have to make an appointment to have other problems addressed. Our appointment was over and she left. I was definitely a number not a human. But I was humiliated ., The staff were all kind and professional. And intimidated by this doctor.
