Great care for gam gam , but the young staff seems extremely bothered whenever you ask them for anything, like we / I aren't paying for my loved one to be there. Very snooty.

Hello, When I inquired about stay for my future self. I was extremely pleased with everything I learned about this wonderful place. It was a hard conversation for myself and I had a warm experience.

My mom was there for a year and a half. She had pretty good care but we definitely had to stay on top of things. Some of the staff was wonderful. The non regular staff on weekends were not good. Trying to get someone to answer the phone on the weekends is terrible. Mom has passed but we still go visit residents. The young staff there on the weekends do not speak to you and get snippy if you ask them a question. And take FOREVER to buzz you in!

Walking into this facility I felt at home and comfortable placing my loved one there. The administrator was very professional and kind. She answered all my questions thoroughly and with confidence . I would highly recommend this facility to anyone interested in rehabilitation or long term care services.

I am a psychiatry consult nurse practitioner that has been coming into Royal Middletown for the last two months and I have to say this facility is top notch. The amount of compassion and caring I’ve noticed towards their patients Is astounding. All the employees including the administrator role models of what excellent medical care should be.
