This is one of two places that are relatively local that will take my vision insurance. The office is really cozy, and the optometrist is very good. But the receptionist is enough for me to cancel my work-provided insurance and go to the Pinnacle instead. If you like being rushed picking out your incredibly overpriced frames & when those frames break not even 6 months later, you enjoy being patronized while she puts your lenses in new frames, this would be the place for you!
Optometrist was very friendly, professional and explained things very well. Staff was also very friendly and patient as my son tried on numerous glasses to find the right fit. Highly recommend.
First time in a long time I did not feel rushed during an eye exam. Highly recommend, extremely friendly staff!
