Customer Reviews
There are some very unpleasant unprofessional staff members that work here and my brother was sent to the E.R. unconscious and no one could/would tell me how or why he was sent to the hospital he was in a coma for 6 months and he couldn't remember what happened. The facility claimed it was an accident with his Bi-PAP equipment, how is that possible. No answer from the facility. Sad when you can't trust people to care for your loved ones in their time of need. I wouldn't recommend this place.
My granny was at this place some years back and someone stole her charger and I remember I went up there and raised hell about it. I still don’t know if they did something to my granny to weaken her body or make her feel sick. Some of the nurses up there just want a paycheck but some did care. I DO NOT trust these places fully which is why me and my family and others stayed up there checking on my granny. Some is not the best experienced at all. To the ones who showed my granny nothing but I love, I appreciate you but the others I still haven’t forgot
My mother is at this location. This past Sunday, I took a case of ensure to her. You can only drop the package at the outer door with a staff member. The African American female took the box with my moms name wrote in black letters on the box. 2 days later I got a call from my mom saying the case was opened and half of her drinks were gone. I called and spoke to Brian (The Director) that did not give an update nor say anything about what he would to do fix the situation. Instead he asked if my mother was delusional or paranoid? After looking at all of the reviews, I understand why they received only one star.
Ron and his staff have an incredibly challenging job to do seven days a week. They treat their residence, visitors and family with great respect. No question is too insignificant for them to answer and no situation is too big for them to handle remarkably well. I would recommend Royal Oaks to anyone needing tender loving care for their family member.
I wish i could give them negative stars because they dont deserve the one i was forced to give. What a horrible place. The staff is very unprofessional and unsympathetic. The building is unkept and smells. The staff is rude even when guests are around which should tell you something! Basic needs are not being met and proper health procedures are not being followed. I feel for anyone living here in those conditions. This facility needs to be closed down and the workers need to be in a different profession or unemployed completely. Such a disgrace!
