Royal Palm Kids Care

This office is the most unprofessional pediatricians office I have ever been to. I went there with my daughter 4 times and somehow they have no record of her going in after the first two visits. They didn’t have a problem billing me however. I have bank statements showing every time that they charged my card and still, they can’t come up with a solution for my problem. I paid about $560 and was told that once the insurance claim is approved I will get a refund after the copay and it’s been about a year and I’m still going back and forth with these people (mind you, my insurance has already paid them!). Dr. Leon is a great guy, but the staff is terrible. The front desk is super rude! They had me verify my own insurance benefits because she was annoyed that she was on hold for so long. Dr. L
