During a time when compassion and patience matter most, everyone from the front office to physical therapy, nurses and the aides has been incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive. The warmth and genuine hospitality make such a difference, not just for patients but for families as well. Olton is truly blessed to have a facility like this and a team of people who care so deeply.
When things go South, it quickly goes down hill. Heard workers about being shorthanded and not having time to wait on a lady to finish eating her dinner.
