Sage Dental of Titusville

Amazing visit. Had a tooth abscess and had to be pulled. Staff was amazing and my dentist was lightning fast on taking care of the issue and getting me all fixed up. Super straight forward billing, everything laid out clearly and the estimate for cost matched the final bill. I honestly have spent too many years in a dentist chair and by far this was my best visit to one ever. I can not speak highly enough of Sage dental in titusville.

Great, friendly staff. It’s been a while since I went to se a dentist and they were fantastic - fitting me in there and then for a more intense cleaning as well as two crowns. I was expecting to have to make new appointments for both and take more time out of work! Definitely recommend them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve only spoken to the staff over the phone so far, but from what I’ve experienced, they seem like such a wonderful group of people. I called regarding my son getting his braces removed since his previous dental office no longer provides that service. We’ve also had some financial challenges, but they didn’t hesitate to offer us a free consultation and were so kind and understanding. There was too much dead time between being checked in (three of us waited 10 minutes in their waiting room just for some to show up), x-ray, exam and finely to seeing the dentist? Seems like the business could use a time management assessment. Sage dental isn't the place to get an immediate complicated extraction since the "dental surgeon" is only at each location once a month. If you happen to be seen just after they were in that location you will need to wait until the next month or find a location where the surgeon is currently working. Long and short it's a dental office that is fairly new and may need a few tweaks, I will hold out just how well my care is as I get into it. Right now their money making push seems to be signing you up a "deep cleaning".

I rarely post reviews, but my experience with Dr. Michael Farag in Titusville deserves every word of praise. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by his friendly, efficient staff and a warm, professional atmosphere. Dr. Farag’s hands are unbelievably gentle — whether he was filling cavities or taking impressions for a crown, I did not feel the slightest pain. His touch is so precise and careful that I was amazed. He explained every detail along the way in a calm, reassuring voice: what procedure he was doing, why it was necessary, and what to expect next. His clarity, care, and patience put me completely at ease. I even didn’t feel any pain after the procedure and I slept well as if I haven’t been at the dentist.
