My daughter visited the clinic until her 36‑month checkup, and though we’ve since moved that state and had to change pediatricians, I will always remember Dr. Rodbell and the entire team with deep respect and love. As a new mom, especially in the postpartum stage, I asked many questions, some of them probably seemed silly but you always answered with patience, care, and understanding. One of the most valuable aspects of this clinic is their morning urgent care, which makes life so much easier for parents. I got a few recommendations for this office but unfortunately, I am having to look else where. I called on 12/3 to make a new patient appointment for my son and I was told I needed to fill out new patient forms. I returned those on 12/5 morning. I called them on 12/9 at 2:00pm to see if I could make the appointment yet and I was told 3 different things. First, I was told that they didn't receive the paperwork. Then, I was told to give them 48 hours. Once I told her that its been over 48 business hours, she switched to saying that they needed until Friday to review forms. The receptionist was also unfriendly and it was clear that she doesn't enjoy her job. I will have to be looking elsewhere because of the unfriendly interaction and because of how long it takes to make an appointment.

I've seen Dr. Rodbell both as our child's pediatrician and as the doctor who corrected our child's lip and tongue ties. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. They are a small practice, but really do go above and beyond to make parents and children feel comfortable. The waiting room is decorated with children's artwork and has a small aquarium and play area for the kids. The visit rooms are clean, not overly warm, and also decorated. The team remembers their patients and work together to help you and your child feel comfortable. During our visits, we were supported in our breastfeeding goals and encouraged to find a feeding regimen that worked for our kiddo. My kids have been patients for the last two years and I've always been impressed by the quality of care here. Dr. Rodbell and Alma (NP) are who we've seen most frequently and have been wonderful with my kids (but so have the nurses, and all of the staff we've encountered!) We've had to use the emergency after hours line a few times but the providers on call were always helpful and patient on the phone through those stressful situations. The wait times have never been too trying, either. Overall it's been a great experience and we would recommend this office to anyone.

We went into the office during urgent care hours and the waiting room was packed. I was surprised at how fast they were able to see everyone and get us treatment! We were in and out in 30 minutes, fast enough to get my kids to school on time. And Dr Rodbell was still kind and patient with my kids. So it was a really convenient and good experience!
