Stephen has been my masseuse for well over a decade. I’ve seen him for deep tissue and maternity. I’ve also elected to use hot stones and aromatherapy on several occasions. Every single time I leave my massage feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Stephen is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He always asks what areas need to be worked on each session. I’ve introduced my husband, mom, grandmother, and aunt all to Stephen who also speak very highly of him. If you are looking for some relaxation I HIGHLY recommend Stephen and Sage Wellness.

I go once a month, and have enjoyed the hot stones, percussion therapy (the best for my lower back pain), and peppermint foot scrub. Stephen is knowledgeable, kind, and does an excellent job. I always come in stressed out and leave feeling like a new person and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Great massage! 1 guy is a massage and relaxation guy and the other guy is the muscles/knot guy and will get you to feeling better soon. Nice and quiet and worth every cent. They charge $1/minute. Located in the State Farm building.

First time going there and Stephen was very professional. He took care of my muscles working with all the knots and trigger points. I would highly recommend Sage Wellness for your next massage!
