Sam's Club Pharmacy

Sam's club pharmacy is by far the best in Eagan. It is extremely well managed and has excellent customer service. What takes days at other pharmacies typically takes 2 or 3 hours at Sam's Club Eagan Pharmacy.

Avoid Sam's Club Pharmacy! My doctor's office sent my prescription to Sam's Club for some inexplicable reason. I decided to give them a try. Absolutely the WORST pharmacy ever! I was told multiple times (via calling their phone system and 1x via text) that my diabetes prescription was ready, so I drove there. When I got there, it is not ready, BUT they would have it ready in a few days. At one point, a pharmacist accused me of lying because she believes there is no phone system. (Seriously, how can someone believe that you can not call in for status?) Today, when I called, they had no idea what happened to my Rx. After they managed to track it down, the tech swore that it would be ready for pickup tomorrow. Meanwhile, I am out of diabetes medicine, and my blood sugar numbers are rising.

This has been my primary pharmacy for 12 years. Both of the pharmacist who work her are very knowledgeable, well trained, and know what they're doing. Both of the pharmacists have been here longer than I've been a customer. The continuity of having the same pharmacists for over a decade is reassuring. I'd give Melanie and Meghan 10 stars if I could. Thank you both for taking such good care of my pharmaceutical needs for so many years!

The pharmacy is really great every time I’ve had to call or needed help the pharmacist has always been super nice kind friendly and very helpful and answers all my questions never acts as if I’m bothering him if the were out of a med the pharmacist found a different sams pharmacy for me to get my medicine from I feel the pharmacist goes the extra mile
