The staff at Sam’s Pharmacy are the absolute best. Since my first interaction with them I decided to move all my prescriptions there. They are kind & have worked with me on all my prescriptions I have needed. Whether it’s getting my prescription ready in a timely manner through offering me solutions when any issues arise with my medications. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone!

Sam’s Club pharmacist and staff are the most friendlier and helpful Pharmacy that I have ever been to highly recommend to anyone if they are looking for quality of care they only help you in a timely fashion but review your charts and make sure everything you’re taking works with each other to keep you safe. we love you as a family.

This team ROCKS! Time and time again over the past 15 years they have done a stellar job. Most recently I was prescribed a new, very expensive drug from Eli Lilly. There was a company coupon but it functioned much differently that most drug company coupons. And it bypassed my insurance who refused to cover the drug. Long story short, the team at Sam's spent a lot on time on the phone to get things straightened out so I could spend $25 per month rather than over $1,000. And their auto-refill system via text messaging is fantastic. The pharmacist and techs here are the greatest and really care. They take the time to try to help get you the lowest prices on your medications, which matters to all of us. Recently they were able to get a medication I use that costs 525.00 per month.... that my insurance refuses to cover... down to a 5.00 co-pay! The process took them a lot of time to figure out how to make a co-pay card that I always was rejected on when I tried myself. Most places would not have gone through that kind of effort to help. Sam's Club Pharmacy has always been reliable and efficient. There's been times as is the case with any business, when certain individuals employed there were not the best employees. But, overall they're excellent, caring and friendly. I prefer Sam's Pharmacy over Costco's. Frankly, the bad experiences shared here by others do NOT match my overall excellent experience with Sam's Club Pharmacy and I highly recommend them.
